Complete First Floor Transformation

This project involved a full renovation of the home’s first floor, creating a fresh, updated space from the kitchen through the main living areas. In just four weeks, we transformed the first floor with a brand-new kitchen, updated finishes, new flooring, lighting, electrical upgrades, and more.

A Completely New Kitchen

The kitchen was one of the biggest parts of this transformation. The existing space was completely remodeled to create a fresh, updated kitchen that feels more functional and connected to the rest of the first floor.

With the surrounding living spaces being renovated at the same time, the finished kitchen now feels like a natural centerpiece of the home.

Fireplace & Living Area Upgrades

The fireplace area received a complete refresh, including a new fireplace surround and hearth that give the room an entirely new look. New lighting was also incorporated around the space to complement the updated design and make the fireplace a true focal point of the room.

New Flooring Throughout the First Floor

New flooring was installed throughout the entire first floor, helping tie the kitchen and living spaces together with a consistent look.

Updating the flooring throughout the home at once also created a much more seamless transition between rooms and helped give the entire first floor a cohesive feel.

Lighting & Electrical Improvements

The renovation went beyond cosmetic upgrades. New recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and other electrical improvements were completed throughout the first floor.

These upgrades provide better lighting throughout the home while adding modern functionality to the newly renovated spaces.

New Sliding Door, Trim & Paint

A new sliding door was installed as part of the renovation, along with new baseboard molding throughout the first floor. Fresh paint completed the transformation, giving every room a clean, finished appearance that complements the new flooring, kitchen, and fireplace.

Completed in Just Four Weeks

From demolition through the finishing touches, this entire first-floor remodeling project was completed in approximately four weeks.
